Photoshop doesn't work? CS4/5/6 same problem

it's simple, had photoshop cs4, 1 day tools , whole program broken, let me explain

 

say trying work on image

 

if pick tool, lets polygon cut out tool thing, doesn't work properly, wont let me draw outline or make area selected

 

the paint brush tool, have double click work , if move more inch cuts off , acts if i've deleted made.

 

i made video on because makes no sense me @ all.

 

 

anyway before video here's i've done:

 

 

made sure nothing scroll lock or caps lock interfering it

deleted appdata files photoshop

 

and i've bought cs5 , cs6 same problem

 

this makes no sense, i'd been using photoshop years hell?

 

well internet isn't it's best , youtube taking while upload, have idea?

 

i love photoshop, use every day, painful.

 

edit: thing when try alter image, edit>hue , saturation , make image red or , press ok, acts pressed cancle... pressed ok...

 

also when save images seems doesn't saved them, saved image desktop , wasn't there...

 

same versions, it's annoying

clearly on system has changed.  system be?  model, os, version?

 

ideally, go help - system info..., copy info , paste in post here (redact serial number iinfo).  yes, it's long, put in - can people drive right solution.
