Thread: dualboot install windows7 ubuntu11.04 alternate install cd

hi, i'm newbie linux. i've had laptop fedora5 , 7, , installed ubuntu on same machine, have totally broke trying make more room. didn't allocate enough disk space begin with. anyways need advice on dual booting windows 7 , ubuntu11.04 on differnt laptop. has windows factory instaled , have ubuntu11.04 alternate install disk. computer has 250gb hd , windows taking 110gb total.i have around 200gb windows , 50gb ubuntu.i have never installed dualboot machine , don't want mess windows instal, since don't have windows install disk. advice help. in advance.
