hello, dear friends

have dell latitude 5500 laptop belong firm. linux(ubuntu 10.10 ) +windows xp working on laptop .

copying somethings cf card via card writer. wrongly wrote sda instead of sdb , now. have message on screen, error partition grub rescue >


can't open laptop now.


when put ubuntu live cd laptop , see hdd under computer , 3 partition 115 mb- 160 gb , 50 gb , when click on partıtıon can see inside of disk.

understud there no windows on volume 160gb in hdd other parts of hdd shows linux files.

question ?

can recover windows xp files partition 160gb .
including sap(erp software, outlook , many important documents)

, of course have recover ubuntu 10.10 , op selection software ( ithink call grub)

(there many recover program but, work under windows can't open windows xp , have live cd of ubuntu , can start linux application ,
not see freeware recover program linux terminal type disk formats ( had linux , xp in hdd)

as u havn messed partition table, after installing grub on mba should fine, grub-install /dev/sda n update-grub2... once mba should normal...

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
