ADD Article screen partially loading - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

we upgraded 1 of our last sites 1.6 site 2.5 no issues. :) went planned including database. can access of website both public , admin exception of "add article". trouble shot 1+ weeks , not find issue. >:( loaded 2.5 scratch on test server , used sample data. worked fine. redirected copy of live database , encountered "add article" issue. indicates there issue in database.
has encountered before?
i searched forum seems "add article" broad of term. scanned of "upgrade 2.5" postings see(325+) did not find relative.

i appreciate assistance provide.

after more investigation issue , fiddling database discovered issue. seems import/conversion 1.7 2.5, though reported complete, not quite complete. dumped new database on our test server , took our original database , imported it. took several attempts(3) size. thankfully phpadmin handles interruption easily. ran conversion , compared databases. differences minimal cause seemed extension(jevent, jcalendar) added, makes it;s own changes tables, did not convert in first database, although data there hat causing our screen issue. rather simple solution not easy find.
hope helps others may encounter or similar issue.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
