Angry customers can't unsubscribe


i've been receiving angry emails customers complaining they've tried repeatedly unsubscribe mailing list still receiving emails. why happening? read through documentation , bc notes unsubscribe requests unsubscribe campaign ridiculous because means still next one. why doesn't default unsubscribe added bottom of our emails give option unsubscribe communications?

the documentation says list.

have done testing?

have made dummy list, form on test page, signed up, see on list? sent test campaign? unsubsribed? still on list etc.

 

not had issue this, when people unsubscribe removed. thought got contact form has subscribe newsletter option pre-ticked etc every time interact re-signed up.
