Deinstalling Adobe Muse COMPLETELY
hi,
our support have tried installing adobe muse on our pcs. first attempt using manual install produced i-200 error, application manager not recognising muse installed.
the second attempt using muse lws (air installer) installation successful. entering serial number
prtk produced error code 29 during generation 1 machine, manual installation attempted. [another machine without previous manual installation successful]
can please tell me error code 29 means, , team should remedy problem, can software installed correctly?

i have found references exit code 29 @ installation, launch log errors | cs5, cs5.5, cs6, ccm - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/installation-launch-log-errors-creative.html. error receiving? if not can please post screenshot of error message.
