Encore CS 5.1 Hangs when using Dynamic Link from Adobe Premier pro CS 5.5

my system details:

 

hp pavillion desktop p6685es

windows 7 home premium 64 bits sp 1 , last updates installed

16 gb ram

nvidia 315

intel core i5 650@3,20 ghz

115 gb free space on harddisk

avg antivirus

i have administrator rights on computer

 

i render master of movie in quicktime mov uncompressed format 1280x720 23,976 fps yuv 10 bits. 55 gb size , 15:49 min:sec long.

 

i have no problems in adobe premier 5.5 can export media want, have h624 file vimeo hd. no problems @ all. have provide movie our costumer in  blueray , dvd , when tried create both in encore i'm facing problems.

 

1. i tried first create dvd using dynamic link, im able set name of project when import premier pro sequence in encore hangs @ 50 %.  tried again deselecting maximun renders checkbox in sequence propierte, problem persisted. didn't use markers wanted autoplay dvd movie short. first time try use encore, i'm using rest of our master collection since months , didn't face problem before in illustrator, premier, reader or in design.
2. i tried same procedure blue ray settings, didn't help.
3. i update nvidia drivers last version, didn't help.
4. i created m2v file directly in premier works blue ray , dvd (both mpeg)  open encore without using dynamic link, created new project dvd imported m2v , wav file timeline, added project when click on file hang well. reboot machine , tried again, left whole night hoping matter of time. didn't help. same if try create blueray.
5. i turned off indexing in windows , tried second administrator windows user. problem persisted.

 

we checked hardware changes have done since bought computer.:

 

1- updated ram 2 more kingston cards (4gb 1each) in total old ones 16 gb shouldn't problem not getting blue screen , in adobre premier hugh load of ram didn't crash.

 

2- have new blue ray drive lg blue ray bh10ls38 driver. updated drivers last version double check fine. remove other dvd drive sure not sata conflict.

we have give dvd , blueray customer week, important shown in cinema festival next monday. appreciate in matter, please let me know if need further information. first time open disccussion hope did ok.

1. i created m2v file directly in premier works blue ray , dvd (both mpeg)

what export setting did use dvd version? 1280 etc okay, en handle 10 bit file? if haven't, try mpeg2-dvd preset.

 

same question bd version.
