Entitled issues not loading in viewer v21 or v22

hi,

 

we building custom storefront 1 of our customers. multi-issueviewer entitlement.

the entitlements passed this:

 

<result httpresponsecode="200">

<entitlements>

<productid>be.magazine.ida.carmag.2012.06</productid>

</entitlements>

</result>

 

so, our 3th party entitlement returns xml above.

 

our viewer's title id , password these of correct dps contains issue id: be.magazine.ida.carmag.2012.06.

 

steps:

 

we log in using top left login button in viewer.

credentials valid, can log in (debugged @ server end)

we can see server loggin steps return entitled productids ( xml above )

both productids correct, in dps , in 3th party system.

 

how possible can't see issue in our library... there missing?

we've followed steps, tutorials etc... can't work.

 

please advice.

to see folio in library, need make sure productid registered itunesconnect. also, if ate trying use renditions feature, check make sure folio title , productid have exact same values.

 

if cannot figure out problem, please follow , investigate. thanks.
