How to place stamp that will change position depending on language version of the PDF

for of our publications (several types of instruction guides), trying find solution place 2 small black stripes (about 8 mm) @ foot of each pdf. these black stripes have define language , model have in hands. after cutting paper @ printer, 2 mm of bars remain visible. on left half of pdf want place language bar indicating language publication is. position bar unique (english = 10 mm left border of page; french = 8 mm left border; , on until 20 languages).

and bar have place on right half of page, indicating model is. position again unique.

 

we know it's possible inserting stamps on final pdf. key job being able place them @ exact position. , creating stamps can selected operator depending on languages , models send print (let created final pdf model b, in german; operator can open final pdf in acrobat, stamp whole document stamp "german", , once more stamp "model b").

 

does have tip how approach this?

have considered using watermark tool add information instead of stamp? store watermarks in separate files , control exact placment.
