I cannot rename files located on a server volume in Mac OS 10.7.4

hello,

 

i have user unable rename file types in bridge while using mac os 10.7.4.  same true metadata.  when clicking on name, field should allow name changing nothing when clicked on.  same goes metadata fields.

 

it isn't permission issue user able rename files using finder application.

 

i reproduced error in cs4 bridge, on mac os 10.7.4.

 

however, not issue when using mac os 10.6.8.  there seems fundamental issue way bridge , mac os 10.7.4 interacting.

 

what cause this?  since metadata important, handcuffed upgrading lion.  may question apple, input experts @ adobe why occurring.

 

any , advice welcome

 

p.s.  problem reproduced on various machines- it's not hardware specific nor network permissions issue.

not expert, , not mac user.  since talk server volume assume network.  there threads pointing out problems different mac os , how handles issues on servers.  can simple having volume not like.  see current link.  http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1056076?tstart=0

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
