PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS POSSIBLE WITH FLUID GRID LAYOUT?

this example of i'm trying do. excel best way me provide visual. possible? every time try place divs in similar layout, div not take multiple rows. example div 4 move down , row 7 row 4. div 2 have moved down because of 5. have large image needs placed left of header , vertical menu. i'm trying keep header , menu seperate , image needs aligned top left of text. i'm sorry i'm overcomplicating this. must admit surprises me fluid grid appears dictated rows. i'm wondering if particular design should stick table.

i'm perplexing question.  how expect divs move in other resolutions?  question whether possible fluid grid there has transformation between layouts.  if looking static layout, possible.  if heights fixed specify heights on divs make height.  if divs moving down add attribute clear:none; div, in case 2 , 4.  prevent float being cleared , pushing element down.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
