Shortcuts won't work on first try in photoshop.

i'm using photoshop cs 6 latest version of os x ml. though same issue has happened me photoshop cs 5, running os x lion, on more 1 computer.

 

the issue happens when have several images open @ once , i'm copy , pasting images 1 file open image. open file 1, select all, copy, switch file 2, paste, either pastes nothing, or pastes previous image in clipboard. i've noticed issue happens particularly command + c, command + w, command + a, etc. if switch file 1 , re-copy, have press copy shortcut 1 or 2 times copy. behaves if window doesn't have focus yet. command + work, command + c won't. can imagine, it's frustrating have bounce between images copying , recopying images.

 

i know it's not keyboard issue, because happens in ps, , no other application, , happens across imac , mbp.

 

has 1 else noticed this? ideas on fix?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
