[SOLVED] Joomla 2.5.8, Step 1 - Stuck - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i managed install major ecommerce/blogging softwares on computer, joomla still resists. first time try install joomla , : "uh?!"

all folder permissions recursively set 777 (local environment), php/apache fine, mysql seems smiling, waiting joomla. json off course enabled.

i cannot past step 1. downloaded last archive yesterday, unzipped in terminal sure nothing bad happens.

the loading wheel keeps going forever.

then, managed create vhost folder see if problem persists. yes does.

why that, ??

please give me hint
