Help Required with HD Backup

hi,

 

a friend of mine has pc windows on 2x samsung 320gb hd's in raid 0, 1 of drives started fail, put in 1tb backup drive made hd image using boot dos software. has purchased 2x corsair m4 128gb ssd's , made volume raid 0, when trying backup 1tb drive software says min hd of approx 320gb required though total used on windows in approx 140gb. , new ssd volume approx 240gb

 

the software terrabyte.

 

also when did hd tach 1x ssd , 2x ssd performance similar, not mutch gain. not familiar ssd or hd image backups please advise. or there other software recomendations.

well software imaging requires same size source.  in

world objective of raid 0 boot disk.  has been said here while

may load program faster, not run program faster

 

also hdtach not benchmark ssd's

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
