purchased two subscription only one was granted access, where is the refund?
i purchased 2 subscriptions laptop , 2 home computers, using single adobe account , e-mail. but, kept getting error message stating; needed limit software 2 computers , being denied access. told support that, had cancel 1 of 2 subscriptions , remove software , plug-ins too. means, have been paying 2 subscriptions , 1 given access. plus want me have create totally new e-mail account , adobe log-in buy second subscription with. talk wasting productivity adding more work me.i got check totally new e-mail account, because of lacking. plus, end having spend more time , money result. now, having pay 3 subscriptions month, because billing cycle completed first, second subscriptions. where, refund day 1 second subscription never granted access? plus bought lightroom before added cloud subscription , not work on computer. not import. had gotten, correct information of included cloud software, wouldn't have made lightroom purchase. must think, made of money way expect me keep doweling out. time needed reinstall software , of plug-ins amounts days not hours of time! @ point, not happy customer!

i prefer traditional way of "owning" adobe creative suite (in case - upgraded cs6 cs5.5, , legacy versions on years keep apps current on years... , 1 of first thousand diehard adobe customers upgrade adobe officially release csx market) master collection on years.
in closing, more feasible , viable way own traditional apps, purchased through adobe online store, rather renting adobe creative cloud subscription service.
i sorry horrible experience adobe customer service, has unqualified unknowledgeable people (don't know adobe outsourced customer service oversea - why dealing horrible unqualified representatives overseas). yes, have contacted customer service rep few months ago. happen know more rep day. doesn't know doing job being "being" customer service representative.
so sad comes term adobe treating customers in bad way. have huge benefit of doubts adobe time being. have thorough deliberation whether if want upgrade cs7 or not. have wait , see how adobe treats customers, creative professionals myself.
i spent lot of money on upgrading on years, including training, time, effort , money adobe products. of down in drain. adobe had guts tell encourage switch adobe creative cloud subscription being work out details, , technicalities.
i glad didn't switch adobe creative cloud subscription. prefer traditional way of buying - either boxed package or electronic download purchases secured adobe online store.
