AAM won't log in


i keep getting "connect internet login" error when new aam requests login subscription credentials. know connected internet, it's not working...

hi brandon,

 

you might confirm firewall software have not blocking access activate.adobe.com on port 80. or hosts file.

 

the "let me fix myself" section in doc shows how check hosts file versus windows default (wasn't sure os on)
