Acrobat issue - pop-up says "Your trial will expire in 32767 days"
hi all,
i'm hoping may able me rid of annoying pop i'm encountering in acrobat.
i'm running licensed version of adobe cs6 master collection purchased directly adobe.
i've noticed, however, in last few days when go print web page pdf format using adobe -pdf, getting unusual adobe pop-up says "your trial expire in 32767 days". seems happening in acrobat, other adobe programs working fine. jpeg of popup attached.
i click on "license software", i'm prompted sign-in adobe account. enter login details, page appears load, however, i'm sent sign-in screen. know i'm using right log-in details (as logged in post message!). way out of message click , "continue trial".
acrobat version installed 10.1.3
i've tried uninstalling , reinstalling acrobat, i'm still having same problem.
thanks in advance!
sorry can not help. however, intriguing apparently have 100 years or left on trial. there appears problem. try repair menu first step. have current version, suggesting updates not help. when uninstall, sure deactivate first. after uninstall, 2 additional steps before reinstall: 1. remove acrobat folder , 2. run acrobat cleanup tool http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html.
