ADE not opening acsm files

ok, download ~ 10 books week library using digital editions (epub format).  things have gone smooth until yesterday.  when click download link online, ade opens, nothing happens (the book not open in ade).  here have done far:

-checked security settings make sure ade has full access

-checked files sure not blocked

-renamed restore file restore.old

-uninstalled ade , reinstalled it

-tried internet explorer , firefox

-tried 2 different library sites sure wasn't problem on end

-tried open files download file on computer, again-ade opens, not open book

what else can try??

no answers, having same problem.  frustrating!  had similar issue (download in progress message, yet no books appearing) few weeks ago , library resource suggested deleting cookies.  worked problem.

 

the issue must stem overdrive or ade happens on both macbook , pc.  you, tried 2 different library sites.

 

hoping there answers here adobe support offers forums option answers.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
