alternative to Quadro for Premiere 6

a customer of mine going running premiere cs6 on system i'm building him.  firepro series doesn't provide specific benefit in technology adobe products apparently they're out.  leaves quadro.  nvidia has impressive specs them how they're 8x faster dual 8-core xeons @ rendering tasks (!!!).  saw 2000 series around $400.  that's not bad considering performance read reviews.  apparently it's not faster overall $160 gaming card 500-series.

obviously it's more power/heat efficient @ doing job, card i'm looking @ has low profile cooler , doesn't have 6-pin additional power hookup big of $ difference, i'll put in high flow fan , tell him crank airconditioning in room.  what's decent mid-level card considering cost vs performance not used gaming, premiere?  should go 1 reasonable price highest cuda core count can or clock speed or 2gb vs 1gb onboard gddr5 other significant features weigh heavily?  don't know how heavy on vram cuda operations get.

by rest, rest of specs are:

msi h77ma-g43 board

ocz vertex 4 256gb ssd

2tb wd intellipower hdd (secondary)

rosewill future case

cooler master gx 450w power supply

gskill ripjaw x 1600mhz cl8 (8-8-8-24 timing) ram 2x4gb

i5-3570 ivy bridge cpu (may bump down lower clock chip since processed gpu, except maybe specific codecs, again it's trade off on money increase vs performance increase )

so suggestion on best card use around $125-250 highly appreciated.

since building, presume windows , not mac?

go cs5 benchmark http://ppbm5.com/ , view results see works... there many choices
