Editor logon disapeared. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
hello !
joola! version 2.5 , template: ja_purity_ii
when first made installation, there logon filed on each article page could
login , edit articles "the front end".
now logon option unknown reason has disappeared, option to
edit article log administrator panel.
is there way of reestablishing "front side editing function" ?
edit:
i found out has modules manager, , i'm able make it
appear, not want it. want appear "to upper right"
small mail , printer logos.
edit 2:
after testing bit found out link used:
http://www.elfag.info/index.php/compone ... view=login
but gives option of registring new users. not want.
in modules manager have activated "login form module". may not required ?
edit 3:
after googling found article how disable new user registration.
http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/ ... gistration
i guess thing left of newbeginner question setteing "logon link" right way "frontend logon" or if there other means ?
by way removed logon form module. guess not needed ?

if login frontend of site using administrator login there should automatically edit icon each article. using url tested (below) work fine that. not sure "user registration" has disabling user registration if not needed idea.
