Error Installing Cloud Acrobat-Config.msi access

i creative cloud member , having trouble installing acrobat x pro. following sample error.

exit code: 6 please see specific errors , warnings below troubleshooting.

example, error: dw050 ... -------------------------------------- summary --------------------------------------

error: error 1310.error writing file: c:\config.msi\4755a83.rbf.

verify have access directory.

error: install msi payload failed error: 1603 -

fatal error during installation.

msi error message: error 1310.error writing file: c:\config.msi\4755a83.rbf.

verify have access directory.

error: dw050: following payload errors found during install

: error: dw050: - acrobat professional: install failed

when such error, open config.msi directory , verifies have

access, it's not working in case.
