How do I send an email to support? re: free trial didn't start but Adobe thinks it did


hi,

 

i received email adobe regarding  free trial of fm 11 tried download couple of weeks ago, didn't complete , got message trial couldn't download because archive files missing , should download (it's pity downloader not told how this).

 

however adobe thought not did download work, i'd launched trial, got email confirmations , 'welcome' , tutorial suggestions.

 

i didn't @ time, received email adobe saying trial half over.  replied email, afterwards noticed no-reply.

 

who can contact clear up, please?  start trial fresh, after first launch of download performed yesterday.

wanted chat didn't see button , instructions solving inadequate.  know there place sending requests used quite while ago , i'm not sure how navigate there.

ps allow me ask question also, while i'm writing:  i'm newbie framemaker10 (i'm using @ work don't have on home computer, hence download).  i've asked community few questions. 2 have been answered, 2 not receiving replies @ all, though notice several users have read questions.

is there way questions answered, or such assurance come purchase of support?  fm license purchased little more month ago, such service still active?

also, purchase of fm license allow use on both desktop , laptop, creative suite apps?
