Issue with Buttons on CS5 - keeps "forgetting" its "Go To Destination"

this weird one. i'm creating large (150 pages) interactive pdf file, 1 of series i've created on several years. have series of buttons on master pages link (via "go destination") various chapters in document.

 

recently, files have been "forgetting" links i've selected in drop-down "destinations" list, defaulting 1st bookmark based on alphabetical order. it's not every button -- maintain correct association -- it's of them, , it's issue "go destination" links.

 

if laboriously relink button destination, , create pdf file, works great. if make text changes in file, or open , close swap out photo or something, odds 50:50 buttons once again default top of long alphabetical list under "destinations". incredibly annoying, , freaking me out.

 

i've searched forum , online, , haven't read quite this. i'm using pdf (interactive) settings, other buttons work unfailingly (next page, last page). thing can think of there multiple master pages (differing in background color) , copied , pasted buttons 1 master page next.

 

working in indesign cs5 on mac running mountain lion.

 

anyone have ideas what's going on?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
