Some Administration Menus appear blank - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

after updating joomlart extensions, activating ftp in global configuration , enabling allow_url_fopen in php extension updates of administration menus blank such module manager, plugin manager, template manager, user manager, etc. several of menus work fine such media manager , article manager , akeeba, etc. although several of options in extension manager such database give 500 error page.

what happens if disable ftp in global config, not required more in configured server , disallow_url_fopen, advised in case? should not allow url_fopen presents security risk in shared hosting environment.
