hi folks @ ubuntu!
purchased new hardware: m-audio audiophile 2496 soundcard midi output
, iomega home media network hard drive cloud edition.
these include usual windows7/mac drivers disk. quote linux support.
audiophile 2490: linux == redhat, iomega storage manager == redhat , debian 4

iomega storage manager software download "storagemgr-setup.bin"
home downloads folder == /home/username/downloads/storagemgr-setup.bin
do it? please. can call me "jumbo dumbo" if you!
there no clues how install, or don't have clue!
tried, "sudo apt-get install storagemgr.bin
, sudo apt-get install /home/username/downloads/storagemgr.bin
e:error message, nothing doing.
product new, supports ftp & other protocols not samba
can not found in nautilus when searching network.
can access drive default intra-web page: /192.168.1.68/
need storage manager manipulate storage
nautilus can find other nas: qnap ts-209 ii

.bin files similar windows' .exe files, you'll need make .bin file executable before can run it.

i'll show how can achieve through terminal.

1) launch terminal , navigate file (if needed).

2) make file executeable typing:
code:
chmod +x storagemgr-setup.bin
3) run file typing:
code:
./storagemgr-setup.bin

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
