installed 11.04 64-bit amd version of ubuntu , can't seem recognize usb (netgear wna 3100) wireless router

sudo modprobe wl returns fatal: module not found.
so.. question is.. how do without having internet connection (i don't want move desktop down router).

modifications referred in .c files, referring modifying downloaded source code , compiling , installing in place of ubuntu version implement changes. it's bit more complex usual, doable.you'll need build-essential , linux-headers-generic. on install cd, believe. can ndiswrapper here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ndiswrapper/ transfer on usb key desktop machine.how do without having internet connection
need windows xp (not vista, 7, etc.) .inf , .sys files.
