i installed lower version kernel after fresh install have backup seems defaulting because when run
code:
sudo update-initramfs -u
i this:
code:
update-initramfs: generating /boot/initrd.img-2.6.32-31-generic
it should have said
code:
update-initramfs: generating /boot/initrd.img-2.6.32-32-generic
attached images attached images

you specify kernel want in command, work you?

code:
sudo update-initramfs -u -k 2.6.32-32-generic
