Using RoboHelp 8 style sheet with RoboHelp 9

howdy. issue:

i using robohelp 8 @ work craft web document out of word file. have company css apply web look, feel, etc. worked in robohelp 8, not in 9 despite following same word import procedure. needed upgrade rh9 because rh8 not recognizing our version of word compile , create web files.

how can make old style sheet work rh9? there step i'm missing? appreciated 20.1 bazillion thank yous in advance.

i'm joking, of course, fact here is, need more information. things like:

you said "...despite following same word import procedure.". exact steps in said procedure, please?

note it's simple process ignore style sheet during word import, later import company css file , associate topics. of can done in perhaps 30 seconds or so.
