AIR App Crashes iOS After Loading Remote Image

i have had problem both latest official air sdk 3.3 (3.3.0.3670) , 3.4 release (3.4.0.2540) when doing standard build.  loading few files 1 after other remote server on ipad.  after loading xmls , swfs successfully, app crashes , closes without error message upon loading image file (i've tried both png , jpg same result).  have both progress , complete event listeners on loader , crash happens after bytes loaded , before complete event triggers.  seems if there problem initializing/decompressing image.  crash log reports things along lines of "exc_bad_access" , "kern_invalid_address."

 

this problem not occur if files loaded application directory --- when loaded remote server.  not occuring preview air sdk 3.4 ios6 support release (3.4.0.3010).  not occuring on desktop simulator (adl) or fast mode debug option.

 

right can gather is bug air sdk seems resolved in upcoming versions, due submit app app store september 4th don't have time wait!

 

please advise on how can go tackling issue.

 

the issue occurs combination of following:

  • flash builder 4.6
  • flex sdk 4.5.1 or 4.6
  • air sdk 3.3 or 3.4
  • ipad 1/2/3 ios 5.1.1

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
