what solution confine module stay in position , not fill whole horizontal row of positions 
hello,
normally use stylesheet problem.
if have in joomla modules field called "advanced options - module class suffix", can create own suffix position. instance _fix.
now able add css specifiek module. e.g. default class "moduletable" , moduletable_fix
with css positioning possible make module stay on specific position or width.
