CS4 - Freeze after Opens no matter WHAT I do!


hi there,

 

i downloaded / installed adobe premiere cs4 , seem having major issue.  seems when try once inside premiere, program freezes altogether.

 

any idea why is?!

 

i'm on brand new computer running windows 7 64 bit.

 

please   i'm worried / frusturated!

also, brand new computer have many things auto-starting don't need... , have old device drivers based on date of "production image" copied hard drive

 

go hardware sites (unnamed) components , make sure have updated device drivers... not rely on windows update, go direct hardware vendors

 

if have win7 64bit pro or higher, try microsoft's virtual xp
