Is an Asus G75vw laptop good enough?

first i'd i'm complete bunny when comes technical stuff , head hurting bit.

 

i need new laptop run cs5.5 on & cs6 later on when update. ive been looking @ speced hp's dealers , they're pricey. main issue need in super quick due unexpected job dropping lap.

 

i'm looking @ asus g75vw. out there run one? job? biggest concern nvidia gtx670m card not approved. can cracked?

 

we relatively simple hd edits using mixture of formats.

 

if can help, i'd appreciate advice.

i wrote post sale on machine $1399 recently.

if right model 1920x1080 screen and16gb memory,it good.i working off 2 year old g73jw asus, , handles 5.03 fine.

you must install second hdd....min 7200 rpm....to run ppro.

you can clone supplied 750gb hdd onto ssd make boot drive os , programs on it.

then, can use 750gb hdd media drive .

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
