Loss of Audio and Video Playback

hello.

 

i using adobe cs6 production premium on windows 7 ultimate. have updated alll of sound card drivers.

 

while in premiere pro, if unplug headphones, can hear through speakers, video , audio playback hangs. in order both playbacks work again, must restart program. program not freeze, able drag clips save project.

 

any appreciated.

if have red line on timeline after importing video , before adding effects... project wrong video... read above codecs

once know editing, report information... , project setting, , if there red line above video in timeline, indicates mismatch between video , project
