Problems with games

i'm having problems with the flash player to play online games on facebook. i've done all procedures reported the adobe page and still having problems. the games and computer crash accuses the flash player is using all the available computer memory. what should do?

what browser , operating system using?  have tried alternative browser see if it's occurring there too?  finally, version of flash player installed?
