Thread: Problem mounting external usb hard drive.

i have attached 1.5 tb external hard drive new ubuntu server. mount in /media/external. used sudo mount /dev/sdx# /media/external sdx# keeps changing. added line fstab mount permanently after couple of our unmounts , /media/external empty. in vfat format webmin shows ntfs.
