Using old, unmaintained Kodak plug ins

dear adobe staff, please take action make kodak plug ins possible macintosh cs6.

 

 

 

aparently, unable integrate them new version of photoshop without participation.

please aware our plug-ins 32-bit. cs5 allowed our plug-ins installed in 32-bit mode on mac, not offered cs6. might check adobe see if offer in future.

 

we evaluating possibility of updating our kodak professional image enhancement plug-ins 64-bit, have no definite plans of now. please periodically visit our website updates our plug-in availability.

it's not don't allow it.  64 bit photoshop application can't call on 32 bit plug-ins.

 

adobe has moved away providing 32 bit macintosh software on purpose.  recall, apple may not provide 32 bit development environment need, , adobe's move not dissimilar apple's clear philosophy of dropping support old things.  can find more info on adobe's decision stop making 32 bit macintosh versions in various places online... example:

by wording of response, kodak recognizes need move 64 bits.  they're no longer happening company, it's unlikely they'll funding new development efforts.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
