Adapting text to shapes

hello illustrators.

 

im practicing how adapt text on shapes.i have taken building

with rounded shape , trying map text realist 3d,as if mapped the

front , side of building.so far im going in circles , ive tried,scew , wrap tools.

also mapping text using 3d feature,but still looks unaccomplished.

 

any advice , techniques please?thank you.

 

 

you might try object>envelope distort>make mesh
