AlfContact issues? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
hey, i'm not entirely sure right forum, little background on me-
the last time built website in 98, on angelfire, , had html cheatsheet it. haven't messed web design since then, other brief stint of using graphics page based design build website online store.
at recommendation of friend, switched domains godaddy, using linux based hosting, , downloaded joomla build site. i'm running localhost server, work through joomla, , (emphasis on word slowly) , of friend, i'm starting figure out. however, today hit brick wall, while trying incorporate alfcontact site.
i may have read incorrectly, read through web page, on how install module article, intending alfcontact. however, whatever reason, alfcontact doesn't show module, therefore not letting me install portion of function onto site. apologize lack of proper terminology-still new all, , still trying figure out.
i installed modules anywhere joomla, , got functioning after hour of playing around , searching google extensively. however, alfcontact, figured listed plugin or module, populating under components tab, not allowing me it, , not populating anywhere on front end site.
all i'm trying do, i've set up, have contact link go contact page, , install alfcontact form article on contact page. assistance provide in matter appreciated. if requires serious coding/scripting work, i'm going need find else use, have absolutely 0 experience sort of scripting or coding, please keep in mind! again!

never mind, figured out. i'm idiot, boils down to...my menu scrambled up, , missed set menu reference contact form.
