Exiting the course, and re-entering later

hi,

i wondering if else has encountered issue before. don't have lms, distribute our elearning files on shared drive in our training rooms. after person takes course , exits course (and browser, logs off computer, etc), next person comes take course first lands on 'conclusion' section's first slide (we used several files build course , aggregate compile).

 

we tried clearing browser's history/cache fix issue, still occurs. on captivate's end, option somewhere perhaps turn off feature?

 

i suppose try load flash player onto computers , .swf files load it...but help?

 

we're getting troubleshoot, too, wanted check here first see if had ideas. thanks!!

are using table of contents feature? if so, perhaps need clear "self paced learning" option found following path:

 

project > table of contents > settings button.

 

ensure "self -paced learning" option cleared.

 

dismiss dialogs, re-publish project new settings in output file.

 

test!

 

i believe option creates persistent "cookie" read when same file next opened.
