fairly elaborate motion menu help needed.

i know seems involved, i'm sure it's possible. wanted make dvd menu motion background, , once click chapter button (with image of still video) zooms in cover screen , starts playing point. make sense? possible? i'm willing put quite bit of work it, using encore. if can me appreciate it. thank in advance.

i don't know possible without gap or pause.

 

option a: (fun think stupid) - make each chapter start menu button clicked - sort of motion menu/transition video, except actual chapter video , zooms out , continues play. problem - when play whole timeline/play all, there of these menu/chapter zooms in there!

 

option b: transition: when click button, transition plays described point chapter plays. somewhere, transition must end , chapter begin. work if chapter begins generic fade black. , problem: there @ least small gap/pause before actual chapter plays.

 

encore not scripting; somlewhere got impression can improve pauses via scripting, or have more how assets allocated on disk.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
