Internal Disk is 5400 rpm

hi everyone! i'm taking tutorial optimize system performance, , i'm on part system requirements up. see in video requires 7200rpm disk drive compressed , raid 0 uncompressed. computer built me gift, didn't know kind of hard drive in there, looked up. it's a:

wd20ears-00mvwb0 hard drive.

i checked specs, , according website, not wd, selling drive, it's 5400rpm hard drive.  based on adobe required specs, technically not drive using program, right?

one note, don't edit video files c drive. have 3 external drives of video, , they're wd drives, 7200rpm, if end making difference.

 

long story short, should new internal hard drive? find adobe performance on computer pretty fast, although lately rendering times long. used magic bullet denoiser first time yesterday, , 1 minute of footage de-noised wanted take on hour render.

should not make difference thing slow down bringing windows , applications after run out of memory (if have lots of memory).

 

but important thing how interfacing 3 external drives?  

 

as 1 on forum tell mb tools cpu dependant , take forever.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
