Thread: Difficulty in Reading Urdu Page

i viewing urdu magazine web-page http://www.fact.com.pk/, difficult read. viewing bbc urdu, other urdu newspaper sites without difficulty. shall thankful kind co-operation. os ubuntu 10.04.

i find web page difficult read then, not read urdu.

how difficult read? characters (letters) in style makes difficult read? font set web page designers. may have chosen font makes difficult read. may not have font installed on computer , browser substituting font not show characters clearly.

may need change character encoding of browser. in firefox view>character encoding. if website using unicode ( utf-8 ) encoding linux browsers show characters in way. if web site using windows font may need set encoding western (windows 1252). try auto-detect.

p.s. have looked again @ page , see characters have been replaced rectangles. tells me the font being used on page not unicode font. (i may wrong this). or special font. have tried other character encoding settings , not solve matter.

perhaps need contact publishers of web site , ask them font using , if provide copy of install on system.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
