Tired of Adobe and CF
some points. i'm still not swayed move other app language, adobe has been irking me lot lately.
good install ui aside, tried find out how cost 1 time incident in adobe product , (not kidding) after waiting on hour on phone , speaking 3 "support" reps didn't speak lick of english (which, imo, shows massive disrespect end user), got our information.
adobe has gotten big breeches. used blindly love firefox until started coming out new version every other week , quality assurance started dropping (moved chrome, love it). , though don't love cf less (it may not moving forward as i'd like), beginning adobe less , less.
just because we're in recession not give comapny permission half-*** support. support last line of defense in making customers happy. , if can't provide support can speak language of consumer, you're doing both disservice.
