What are the steps to using camera & color space matching on footage with multiple cameras?
hi there,
i new speedgrade, , need use camera , color space matching technique automatically color correct sequence contains footage multiple cameras. have watched videos on speedgrade on adobetv , lynda.com can find, haven't been able find 1 shows me how so. can point me video/tutorial learn steps process or outline them me if easier?
thanks!
i'm in same boat. there new 'camera matching' function premiered @ nab 2013, when available...? original question, getting proper white , black balances each camera first. learn how work hsl , rgb values etc, , think karl seoule has videos cover under 'color finesse' vids @ adobe tv. check out '3-way color corrector' tuts , "secondary color correction' tuts well. , either on adobe tv or creative cow there on video talks matching either 2 shots or 2 cameras well.
all here no easy/simple way. i'm hoping when adobe introduces color matching in speed grade can use stills reference in speed grade, develop 'looks' match cameras , apply looks in premiere without having use huge .dpx files have use in speed grade now, may part of process.
