After updating to Acrobat PRO 9.5.2 PDFs open VERY Slowly

i using acrobat pro on workstation (windows 7 ultimate - service pack 1)

 

after updating acrobat pro 9.5.2, pdf files open (30-60 secs). not appear matter if file local workstation or on network. size of file not seem matter or whether first file opened or subsequent file.

 

in addition opening adobe acrobat equally slow.

 

i have tried turning off anti-virus software. no impact.

 

any suggestions appreciated...

have tried "repair acrobat installation" see if makes difference?  try this:

 

help >> repair acrobat installation.

 

another option press shift key while clicking or double clicking on pdf file open.  stops loading useless fonts in document , other useless plugins in acrobat.

 

the third option delete registry key appears corrupted . however, if nothing registry keys, can't unless company systems people can you.  registry entries are:

 

hkey_current_user \ software \ adobe \ acrobat reader
hkey_current_user \ software \ adobe \ adobe acrobat

 

it question of renaming them while have exited acrobat.  once done, restart system , start/launch acrobat , fresh keys generated.  please note: don't unless have of systems people in company.
