Creating images

ok can't seem find info photoshop cs5 64 bit on how combined gif, , jpeg animation come out this

i know if image possible create, if please let me know, , please give me type of turtioral, can't find 1 anywhere!

 

i combined these 2 photos

for gif animation, if have frames want part of video sequence open layers (or combinations thereof) in photoshop, can open timeline panel, choose [create frame animation] feature. 

 

once you've done that, can things click little fly-out menu button @ upper-right of timeline panel , choose make frames layers.

 

then can things set time each frame, etc.

 

finally, file - save web save gif disk.

 

gif not meant kind of high quality video, make little animated snippets above technique.
