DW,FW, or WHAT???

we new designing/coding , picked adobe products started. overwhelmed , not sure path take. here trying do:

 

1: music/social site allows artist create profiles , upload art/music/etc , work 1 well. best way describe "facebook" or "reverb nation" directed @ musician/artist/media artist community.

 

2: app android , possibly iphone incorporates basics of our main site (searching artists, seeing events in mile radius, follow other users)

 

our problem there seems lot of adobe products seem same thing or have elements of need. should designing page in fireworks , code in dreamweaver? also, these allow make app or need flash professional or flash builder? i've been using gimp design pages work , exporting logo's/banners we've done dreamweaver , it's not looking right. should pick photoshop uniform , easier export program program.

 

we've started project off little knowledge in way of coding , design , have basic, if not higher, grasp on of @ point. don't know go accomplish it.

 

the programs have:

dreamweaver

fireworks

 

thinking of getting:

adobe flex?

adobe flash (builder or pro?)

adobe muse

 

and illustrator/photoshop if need to.

 

thanks reading , advise has been @ appreciated...before have buy more adobe products.

as designer, tend design sites in photoshop , illustrator. reason use illustrator because use .svg images popularity of retina display on iphones, ipads, , macbook, keep in mind.  photoshop not have ability export .svg files.

 

as far development goes, feel better off sticking dreamweaver development tool website. app, if developing android need download , use android software developer kit:

i suggest getting subscription creative cloud, provide flexibility try out of adobe applications yourself. can membership here:
