How to change colours of the document?

hi,

 

i working on form build microsoft doc , scanned onto acrobat pro create form fields etc.

 

mananagement told me did not colour of document , want changed colour. (from blue green).

 

is there way 'edit' colour change using acrobat pro ? 

 

unfortunately, not have photoshop nor know how use it....

if looking change background details or colour , not field colour can't see how using acrobat. acrobat laying form fields on top of image.
