Illustrator - exit code: 7

i on imaged software bundle university, have since metriculated from.

 

i have purchased student/teacher licensing cs5.5, master collection creative suite.

 

everything updated fine except illustrator - have been through phone lines , chat lines , nothing has been helpful far. not understand why a) tries install 5.1 disc, let alone error doing (why bringing photoshop issues when it's illustrator)?

 

with lack of e-tickets more data, come here, looking wise, knowledgeable techy people help!
