Need help debugging page in IE8

the site in question works great on every browser except ie8. there div underneath blue logo on left hand side of page fades in copy. driven simple embedded script. however, cannot figure out why not working in ie8. not show up. have tried multiple things , @ point dont care if fade in works, want side text appear on left hand side of page underneath logo without having reformat page. tried removing javascript altogether , and removing "display: none" funtion each div visible, still not showing up. gives?


the div being called javascript code #wrapper_content_home, contains 3 other divs within fade-in when script fired (#pagetitle, #soliddivider, #sidecontent).


i using virtualbox test , have configured windows xp 32 bit using ie8.


can tell me what's wrong code or need fix issue? doctype declaration issue? @ point, have no idea. in advance this!

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
